We provide professional home watch and property care services across the Silver Coast (Costa de Prata) — from São Martinho do Porto and Salir do Porto in the north, through Foz do Arelho, Nadadouro, Caldas da Rainha and Óbidos, down to Peniche and Baleal in the south.

We also cover the popular resort communities and residential areas along the coast, including Praia d'El Rey, Bom Sucesso, Clif Golf Club, Ferrel, Serra do Bouro and Atouguia da Baleia.

Who we are
We’ve been living in Portugal for 4 years, including the last two on the Silver Coast, and understand the challenges of maintaining a home in this region.

One of the biggest surprises for us was humidity — how quickly it builds up and how much regular care a home needs to stay dry and fresh. It’s easy to overlook, but over time it can affect both the property and everything inside it.
We also see how many homes remain closed for months while owners are away, without ventilation or regular checks — often leading to issues that could have been prevented.

That’s why we created this service — to help homeowners keep their properties in good condition all year round.
